Big Moments Company: Child Safety Standards

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Big Moments Company is committed to the safety of children and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards and how to report concerns.

Who our service is for

Big Moments Company creates personalized date nights, birthdays, anniversaries, and proposal experiences for adults in relationships. Our products and accounts are intended for people 18 years of age or older. The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for or collect information from anyone under 18.

Our zero-tolerance standard

  • We prohibit any content, message, or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or abuses a child, including CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or the solicitation of a minor.
  • We prohibit using our service to create, upload, store, share, or link to such material.
  • Accounts found to be involved in CSAE are permanently removed, and we cooperate with law enforcement.

How we act on reports

  • We review reports of CSAE promptly and remove violating content and accounts.
  • We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
  • We preserve relevant information as permitted by law to support investigations.

How to report a concern

If you encounter content or behavior on Big Moments Company that may involve the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, please tell us right away at childsafety@bigmomentscompany.com. Include any details that help us locate the content or account. We treat these reports as our highest priority.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Reporting to authorities

You can also report child sexual exploitation directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org, or to your national or local authorities. Outside the United States, you can find a hotline through the INHOPE network at inhope.org.

Our compliance practices

  • We follow applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.
  • We designed our products for adults and do not build features that target children.
  • We keep this standard published and accessible, and we review it as our service and legal obligations evolve.
