For Teams & People Leaders

The one perk they'll actually remember.

A benefit your people redeem for their own relationship: a real person plans them a real date night, built by hand. Because the happiest employees are the ones who feel good when they go home.

A benefit people actually feel

A gym stipend gets forgotten by March. A learning seat goes unused. The benefits people truly feel are the ones that reach past the office, and nothing shapes a person's life more than the one they go home to. Big Moments is a benefit you give your team and they redeem for their own relationship: a real person plans them a real date night (or, at the Getaways tier, a whole vacation). You're not booking an office party; you're investing in the thing that holds your people together.

Happy employees are more productiveA good relationship at home shows up at work: focus, patience, fewer Sunday scaries. Investing in your people's big moments is the rare perk that pays both directions.
A perk they'll actually rememberNobody frames a photo of their dental coverage. They'll remember the anniversary their company helped make happen. And, with your name on the night, exactly who to thank.

Happy at home, better at work

This isn't a soft perk. Decades of research show a strong romantic relationship is one of the biggest drivers of a person's health, happiness, and resilience, and that steadiness comes to work with them.

The #1 predictor of a long, happy life

After following people for 85 years, Harvard's Study of Adult Development found the quality of our close relationships predicts lifelong health and happiness better than money, IQ, or genes.

14% lower heart-disease risk

Happily partnered people showed a measurably lower risk of cardiovascular disease. A good relationship lowers stress and protects the body in ways a perks catalog can't.

Beats your cholesterol numbers

In the same Harvard data, how satisfied someone was with their relationship at 50 predicted their physical health at 80 better than their cholesterol did.

A person who feels good at home brings more focus, patience, and steadiness to work. Take care of the relationship, and you take care of the employee. That's the whole idea.

Questions teams ask

Do you plan company parties or offsites?

No. Big Moments is a personal benefit, not an event service. Each employee gets their own date night planned for them and their partner. You give the benefit; they enjoy the night.

How do employees redeem it?

You buy plan credits or gift memberships, from single date nights up to Premium + Getaways, which adds a planned vacation every quarter. Each employee tells us the occasion, and a real person builds it around specific, real places.

What can we use it for?

Work anniversaries, holiday gifts, a standing monthly perk, or a one-time batch after a big push. Your call.

Is there a minimum team size?

No. We build plans for teams of five and teams of five thousand, with the same care either way.
